Billing policy

• Monday – Friday
• We are a mixed billing practice, billing is at the discretion of the doctor.
• Standard Consultation / Telehealth Consults $90 (Medicare rebate $45.05)
• Long consultation $130 (Medicare rebate $87.10)
• Extended Consult $165 (Medicare Rebate $123.85)

Cancellation / non-attendance policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email, on Health engine app or contacting the practice at least 4 Hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please note: a minimum fee of $50 (non Medicare rebatable) will apply if you cancel your appointment at short notice or fail to attend your appointment.
